Good morning all.

I have a little question this morning about a product I used years ago.
There was a product called SPEDIT I believe the owner was VISIONCOM or
something like that.

The product was a spool file viewer, sort of a replacement for PEEK, but it
just blew the pants off of PEEK in both performance and function.

My question is does anyone know if this product is still around and as good
as it used to be?
Has anyone used or know of another product that that is compatable?

Thanks
Tom

A product that I can easily recommend is z/FM from Cestrian Software (http://zfm.cestrian.com/). It has a very nice full screen 3270 interface, and can display console and spool files (either open or closed) if the user has the correct CP privileges. It can also do a great number of other useful VM sysprog tasks.......

I've used it here and can recommend it, plus it's a fraction of the cost of VM:Spool. The developers have kept it current with new VM releases and it now works on z/VM 5.2 as well.

DJ sez....check it out....
