For VM and z/OS, I don't think anything but channel-attached is
supported. (If that's changed, terrific -- it's been a while since I
set one of these beasties up.)

The other two methods are intended for use with Unix or
Windows, and if you use them, you need to configure them in the
library manager (esp the TCPIP method -- you need to give it an IP
address, etc). There's a setup document that comes with the feature
code that explains what the CE has to do to enable them.

Funny thing about how a order of magnitude transmission speed increase
will do that...8-)
