I would recommend using VMFSGMAP SEGBLD ESASEGS SEGBLISTand updating it
there.    Find the MONDCSS segment and put your cursor on it.  Tap PF4 to
"Chg Obj" - make your size changes.  When done, type FILE on the command
line.  Then PF5 to File again and rebuild the segment.

Or do what I do and just edit SEGBLIST SEGDATA and find the MONDCSS line to
change the size and rebuild.
