David,
When going to that URL and opening the document directly (without saving
it locally) AbobeReader 6.0 returns message:
"There was an error opening this document. The file cannot be
found."
I kept giving up until today, when I "saved" it to my hard drive from
where it opened just fine. Thought you might want to know in case this is
more widespread and preventing more discussion.
