Bill, I addressed this in a previous post: Just forget the AMODE/RMODE statements. They aren't valid for the XF Assembler (what VMFASM uses). While there are good reasons to have HLASM in-house (esp. w/RACF), RACF exit routines aren't among them. Alan Altmark z/VM Development IBM Endicott
