The default is 23. But it is possible that it is not enabled. Log on to TCPMAINT and issue the command NETSTAT. If you see INTCLIEN under 'User ID'. Under 'Local Socket' will be the port number, if you see TELNET, it is 23.

My VM has IP address, but I can't connect from my 3270 emulator. Any special port?

You can use TN3270 through TCP/IP. If you gave VM an IP address when it
was installed, try connecting to that address with a 3270 emulator.
