Hello Nick,

        Sorry about the mis-understanding.  Yes the OS/2 part does have
a 
place to set the time.

        I believe you have to go to Console Actions and indicate that
you want 
to unlock OS/2 (IIRC).  Then you can do the Time change and that has the
timezone setting too.
