Earlier in this thread I listed a few more details of what we have
tried.   The Lebowitz document was the one we originally used to set
up the CTCs in IOCP. We have been sucessully using CTC links between all
of the LPARs using RSCS links, JES2 links, etc.
The only type of link we have been having
problems with is TCP/IP.  Also ,there are 2 or 3 other CTC links between
the specific LPARs involved here and they are working successfully.
We've even taken the same CTC pairs TCP/IP is using and defined them for
RSCS links and they connect fine.  It must be something with how
TCP/IP uses the Read and Write pairs instead of multiplexing them
like RSCS does.
We also know the TCP/IP's are physically seeing
each other because activity on one end (pinging etc.) sets off the
Units checks on the other end.
