We see this occasionally. More often on HP than other printers, but that's likely just because we're mostly HP. A power off/on cycle on the printer to re-init its firmware usually resolves it. Thus the problem becomes one of finding the printer's owner or someone else in the remote location who'll perform the function.

You can't fix it because the problem is not on your end. It could be the printer. Or any of the IP gear between you and the printer. -- John McKown Senior Systems Programmer HealthMarkets Keeping the Promise of Affordable Coverage Administrative Services Group Information Technology This message (including any attachments) contains confidential information intended for a specific individual and purpose, and its content is protected by law.
