And as you probably know, the CMS Pipelines Author Edition ("The
Book") is part of the CMS documenation. Most plumbers eventually find
that more helpful than the CMS manuals.
Built-in stages have been enhanced and added beyond what's in the
book, but I believe the Piper is planning to come up with a new
revision in the near future. For now you'd need the various editions
of PIPELINE NEWS as well.
