Use the SPXTAPE command. Attach a tape address to yourself at 181, for
example and issue:
SPXTAPE DUMP 181 USER * RDR /spool_id /

I have a dump from VMDUMP in my reader queue. I want to send the dump
itself to IBM without doing a DUMPLOAD command
