Trying to track down package to turn REXX code into MODULE/XMOD

I remember, many years ago when I worked at IBM, a package where you could convert REXX code into an XMOD with a MODULE that executed it.

Did this ever make to the tools disk or become publically available?

If not then is there anything else that will achieve what I need?

What I am looking for it the ability to trap calls to various programs (many from within existing code that is currently unidentified) and perform my own processing. The ability to turn some REXX code into a MODULE would be the ideal solution.
