It would ne nice if ALL communications outside of the hardware platform were properly encrypted. If someone were tom make an SSL API(for assember & REXX not just PL/X or C++- whatever) available to the user community, then I think multiple secure communications mechanisms would appear to the benefit of IBM as well as the user community.
