That depends on the PIPE MODULE. The one that comes with CMS tries the segment or otherwise DMSPIPE. There's instructions on how to modify that to use PIPELINE MODULE instead. There's also things like PIPINIT and PICKPIPE that allow selection of the proper plumbing, which could be in the profile (but I also found them in some tools people wrote).

Don't get me started... That's 10 years, so at least one new stage / feature each year for my birthday and often for x-mas as well. Have a look at PIPELINE NEWS. And I'm not even allowed to see this year's present yet...
One good thing, I have the PIPELINE MODULE my 191 so nothing else is likely to have used it.
That certainly restricts use. Whether that's a good thing or not is a matter of taste. Rob
