In fact, your directory doesn't have to be on the sysres at all.  Just
make sure the volume it's on is in the CP_Owned list.

Richard,
There is nothing that says your Directory has to start at the beginning 
of the RES pack.  Leave the warmstart and checkpoint areas where they 
are and just move and enlarge the DRCT area someplace else on the res
pack.
