No, I think that you may have hit the nail on the head, Rich. The "invention" of pipes and it's marriage to REXX, has probably filled in a lot of the holes that may exist in REXX. I will have to admit that I am not a plumber, but I can certainly tell that the combination of pipes and rexx is perfect. I'm old enough to remember enough about EXEC and EXEC2 to still be grateful whenever I do something in REXX.
