Hi Ann The standard method (that *should* work) is to access the 500 disk as C. The C disk should not be lost during any VMFSETUP or SERVICE function. The only reason I am saying *should* is because I have been working on very recent code lately and it is just feasible that there may be some differences with older versions of VMSES.
