That is really sad. When my university first connected to BITNET in the late 1980s, SMSG RSCS CMD WISVM CPQ TIME used to be in my PROFILE EXEC as an example of the power of wide-area networking. Why Weizmann? It was the most distant place I could find in the routing tables...8-). Throw that machine a good wake; it served many remote requests faithfully and well. Could you post a picture?
