Besides the 190, you can also see it on other disks and it may or may not be a problem. The most common of those is a newly added minidisk that was previously formatted for CMS, and the start cylinders are the same, the lengths are different, and it has not been reformated yet. It all depends on how your directory management is setup. Otherwise, there have also been some applications that used the recomp for some features.
