I would suggest that you also keep a non-RACF enabled CPLOAD module on
one of the CP minidisks (MAINT's CF1. CF2, CF3). That way, you can
always IPL a working VM system if something has gone wrong with your
RACF secured system. You can use the SAIPL filelist (PF 9) option to
select which CP nucleus to use at IPL time.
