Turns out that my CONFIG50 did indeed have the runmode= testing near the
top, so it was being read, and was doing what it was told to do. Now I'm
wondering how DirMaint ever worked before now....
When in Operational mode, the dvhmero error does not occur, so we're up,
running and ready to implement. IBM is looking at the error in dvhmero.
Thanks for the comments. Now I'll go look for a crowbar to get my foot out
of my mouth....
