RACF's console is spooled, so look in the spool...
But, unless you do special things, the consoles are only closed when RACF
logs off.  As RACF stays normally up for ages, and as consoles get
timestamped to the time of opening, such console files appear as old files.
Son if you'd have a spoolfile purger, it will get rid of them quickly.
That's we I run an exec to close most consoles shortly after midnight.

So, for now: issue (from a user with CLASS C and CLASS D
   CP SEND CP RACFVM SP CON CLOSE TO *   to close the current file
then
   CP Q R RACFVM ALL   to find the spool ID
and
   CP TRANS RACFVM R spid TO *

If you'd have VM:SPOOL, it is easier and you can view open spool files
If you get my LISTSG package, there is URLIST, and you can then issue
   URLIST RACFVM to view all files in RACFVM's RDR/PUN/PRT queue
