If TCPIP has adequate storage, all you need to do is update the config
file for the next time it is recycled. As Miguel says, TCPIP dynamically
adjusts the number of buffers. The messages are mainly there so that you
can keep track of what is going on. Getting the messages once or twice a
day is not unusual. When they are frequent, it is probably time to
increase the numbers for the initial allocation.
