I suspect you are talking about the OPEN console logs, which you can't look at unless you either close them (#CP SPOOL CONS CLOSE) which will move them to a reader where they can be PEEKed or RECEIVEd, OR I have always had CA's VM:SPOOL which allows an authorized user to browse spool files of other userids whether they are open or closed. That is a real help. There are probably other products out there that do that as well, but that's all I've used for the last 20+ years.
