Sure, XEDIT 4VMVMA40 SRVBLDS on the highest CMS Apply disk, 
change :STAT.SERVICED to :STAT.BUILT (make sure you can see the whole 
line, in case your Verify setting is less than the whole line), FILE it, 

rerun SERVICE.  VMSES should think that it has already been built and wil
l 
skip trying to build it again.
