Yes, but the OP asked for the time & location of login.  The fact that 
your customer needed to use the system console log is because they had 
other requirements.  Your post made it sound like that you could not 
obtain time & location of login from the SMF records.  I wish to avoid 
confusion and to clearly answer the OP's question.
