With a 0 END minidisk, the DIRMAP MODULE cannot know how big a disk
is. DIRMAP has an internal table with various sizes. When it finds
an end-cylinder passing MDL 1 boundary, it changed the model number to
cover that cylinder.
e.g. with an MDISK on the volume from 1112 for 10 cylinders, it'll become MDL 2
Special -non standard sizes- can be defined in control file FULLPACK DEFINES

So, what we do is define all volumes with a fullpack minidisk 0 nnnn
in user FULLPACK, where nnnn matches the real size fo the volume.
User FULLPACK is exluded in DIRMAINT and in VMBACKUP.
