A test too is to keep the DIRMSAT servers stopped; make a change on the
master system and then see if the DIRMSAT users get a file in there reader.
If not, DIRMAINT's (or RSCS') setup isn't right; if a file arrives: start
the DIRMSAT server and look in its console for any messages.
