There are some previous versions on SourceForge so you might find them in there..
I also appear to have these files on my Windows box if you need them. I know they came with X3270 for Solaris and I copied them to my Windows laptop so that X3270 would work with "Xmingw" to Hercules, so I suspect they came from "blastwave".
