Lasting Globalv

Hello all,   I have a few thing I would like to include in my cms profile and for my Xedit session but have forgotton how to do it.   I would like to use Lasting Globalv to keep some continuing parameter such as my PF key settings. etc...   I would like to use 'F' for xedit for Filel, 'X' for xedit ''FO' to assign to a pf key in Xedit to go forward and 'BO' to go backward in 'Xdeit'.  I just forgot how to do this because I'ts been a while since using z/VM.   Any help and suggestions will be appreciated.   Thanks.
