I can't find any withdrawal of NCP from marketing, so I don't know what 
the problem is.  Get "IBM" to give you the announcement letter number that 
explains why you can't order NCP (5648-063), ACF/SSP (5654-009), or EP/NTO 
(5735-XXB, for non-SNA BSC connections).
