The Auto refresh can be coded in an FCONX $PROFILE.  For the automatic
startup: look at the EXEC I posted.
I had one problem: nothing was visible on the screen until
- The user presses enter agin
- Perfkit gets new monitor data to display
I openend a PMR at the time, but I forgot the outcome.
