Yay! It does - even the ones specificed from the loadparm FNnnnnnn and
not just the ones specified on SAPL screens and via SALIPL.  I just
tested on a very recent release of VM.

Actually, QUERY IPLPARMS tells you what parameters CP will use for a
SHUTDOWN REIPL or an abend restart. If you don't see FN= or FT= in QUERY
IPLPARMS, you can assume SYSTEM CONFIG.
