If you are referring to the requirements management tool we use, don't 
worry about.  Open a PMR with PCOMM and tell them that you can't find the 
documentation on how to perform a host-initiated file transfer.  Assuming 
they don't have an answer for you, tell them you want to open a 
requirement.

But remember not to ask for ALMCOPY.  Ask for a host command that will 
initiate a file transfer between the host and the workstation.  (IND$FILE 
requires the workstation to initiate the transfer.)  You want the ability 
to transfer the file in binary and as text.  For text transfers you would 
like the file to be translated according to the current codepage settings 
of the emulator to avoid having to supply options.  You get the idea. Feel 
free to reference ALMCOPY as an example since they will know what that is.
