I would think you should be OK.  As long as a directory entry
has an  XAUTOLOG XXXXXX  for the user id in question, it doesn't
matter what the password is.  Or if you have class=A or class=B
privileges, then you don't even need the  XAUTOLOG  statement
in the directory.
