I think Richard was referring to the fact that z/VM 5.4. will have a CMS-
based SSLSERV, instead of 
a Linux-based SSLSERV. (Eventually. Not at GA.)

I don't think he was referring to any fix for your NAMESERV problems in z
/VM 5.4.0.
