Hello Jim, Yes but the concepts are the same. And depending on the version of EPIC, In my case CA, the same vendor.
Back in the earlier days there was discussion, (you might call it that), about who actually wrote the code for the tape managers. TOWER, then LEGENT, then CA, or was it all from TOWER. Seems the code was very similar.
