Define a profile in the VMXEVENT class (from my head, so beware
details), the name is free choice.
  RAC RDEFINE VMXEVENT MYPROTECT ADDMEM(SPOOL/NOCTL)
  RAC RALTER VMXEVENT MYPROTECT ADDMEM(TAG/NOCTL)
Then activate it.
 RAC SETEVENT MYPROTECT REFRESH

Beware: maybe there is already another VMXEVENT profile active, I know
no command to know what is active. The closed you can come list
listing all profiiles in VMXEVENT
 RAC RLIST VMXEVENT
