Mike -- I built the C flavor of UFT on MVS (USS) some time back. Not sure if I still have the product of that build. I'll look. In any case, the C version is intended to work on EBCDIC systems too. The build logic detects the character set so that the "-a" flag will translate (or not) accordingly.
