A COLD start will not molest the SDFs, only regular spool files. It
takes a CLEAN start to delete the SDFs.

        Most common reason is a COLD start. Remember, segments live in
spool. Second reason, spool volume offline. 

         

        VMFBUILD ( ALL should fix it.
