Warm & Ckpt are independent of CP Owned, fully defined in SYSTEM CONFIG. Spool & page are indeed dependent on order in CP Owned list. Do not forget to change the labels in the CP directory too. This should be the last step before shutdown-reipl, otherwise no *new* LINK commands will work due to "disk newlabel not mounted".
