If you require the use of SSL, then delay your 5.4 migration until the SSL support is available. I say that because a. The FL540 SSL server will not work with a pre-FL540 TCPIP. b. A pre-FL540 SSL server will not work TCPIP FL540. Those are hard functional dependencies, not attorney-generated weasel words. If you want to wander off the farm, outside the safety net, you can bring your TCP/IP FL520 suite forward into your 5.4 system. If you run MPROUTE, that may necessitate having the old LE and CMS.
