I think the one on the IBM page is the one that Brian Wade did.

I'm not sure that SSIs existed at the time the original WEBSHARE was written, 
or were just coming into play. I think that's one of the things that the Neon 
Systems version added later, along with places to plug in a better CGI 
interface and a bunch of other stuff. The version I have is well-back in the 
history of the beast, when the world was younger and RICEVM1 still lived...

Considering the conditions that caused the creation of WEBSHARE long ago, it's 
still a pretty handy piece of code. We did win the beer after all -- (nyah, 
Unix weenies!) . 8-)

PS - I really wish I had a dump of MAINT 19E and MAINT 319 from that system. 
There are a huge number of really handy utilities that I'd love to recover for 
posterity. Alas, even the tapes are gone. *sigh*.
