That being said, after installation I like to add the "dasd=<values>" parameter so I know I can go to /etc/zipl.conf to remember which disks are desired to be accessed and in which order. Also, "vmpoff=LOGOFF" is nice because it prods the userID to logoff after Linux is shut down.
