I assume that whatever we did when it called for the RSU fouled something
up. When I try to do the instdvd now, it tells me I cannot have the 2cc
disk accessed when running instdvd. Of course, guess where the instdvd
exec is at! On the 2CC disk of course.

I'll restart the install from scratch and reply GO for the RSU and see
what happens...

(sigh) Yes, we had a problem with the Distribution folks who inadvertantly
removed the RSUs from the package. It has been corrected. For those who
are not having any luck when shaking the box upside-down:

1. Leave the base DVD in the machine and type GO. Do NOT type "exit".
This will cause an empty 500 disk to be loaded and the RSU will not be
applied, but installation will be marked as "COMPLETE". Don't get carried
away and don't try to test the system. Without the first RSU, your system
will be a tad, um, wobbly on its pins (a technical term).

2. Immediately go to ShopzSeries and order the RSU electronically.
Download the SERVLINK it to the 500 disk and apply it as service.

If you responded EXIT in step 1, you can go back and type INSTDVD. It
will pick up where it left off and prompt you for the RSU. With the base
DVD in the drive, type GO and continue as above.

If this doesn't work for you, please open a PMR so we can help you.
