I've been looking at Q FRAMES and started playing with the numbers. It would seem to me that I should be able to take a certain combination of numbers, add the up and it should equal the number of configured frames. But it doesn't. OK, it does in once sense, in that my configured frames does equal my real frames which equals my usable frames.
Back in 2005 on an older release, perhaps zVM 4.2, I had an exec that could sum up the storage listed in Q Frames and it would equal our real storage size. I can see a little "fluff" as things may change while the Q Frames command is executing, but it shouldn't be much. But I can't get within 400-500 pages on a 4 GB LPAR. Still, not much, but...
