Hello All, CA is working to put together a tips and techniques type of document that will give information on how to use CA VM:Manager Management Suite for Mainframe Linux products to effectively manage and automate processes in the z/VM with z/Linux system environment.
This will include usage information as well as sample logic for user exits, macros and other programming interfaces that can be used to further customize and automate z/VM with z/Linux system management using our products. To do this, we need your help. We are looking for the following: 1. Information on how you have used CA VM:Manager Management Suite for Mainframe Linux products in this environment. 2. Any custom logic such as EXECs or product user exits that you use that could be turned into sample logic we can supply in this document for others to take advantage of. 3. Any automation, customization or system management needs you have in this environment that you think could be addressed with some customized logic using our products, or, that you'd like to see addressed in this document.
