Rich, We will be using backups from z/OS and/or combined with network backup fo r Linux. Not decided yet. We realize DIRMAINT is good to learn and we need to do that. We also need to decide with Security people whether we want to use LDAP
with RACF on Mainframe or use what their current Linux uses. These decisions need to be made as well as getting all in place. What I REALLY need now is some kind of time/resource estimate for planning, learning, implementing beyond Proof of Concept. At this point we have a z/VM system up running a Linux guest that we can connect to. Estimates?? Thanks, Valerie
