I attempted to apply 901 service before 901 RSU which of course resulted in a 
failure.  I want to start over with the 901 RSU, but there is a RESTART RECORD 
preventing me from starting over.  Can I just delete that record or is there 
some other clean up I must do first?  Thanks in advance.
