Your screen shot didn't make it, but I'm guessing it's applying something that looks like an RSU. As I said, things may have been changed recently. The DVD I got for 5.4 did not have the RSU on it, and did not include the RSU in the order, so I hit a couple of bugs that were fixed in the RSU the hard way. IBM may also have remastered the disk with at least the initial 5.4 RSU applied. Would make sense if they did. In any case, ordering the latest RSU and applying it will fix the original problem. VMSES is smart enough to do nothing if the service is already applied. -- db
